Where She Tries to Explain Herself

So with a gentle fire in her eyes and fierce determination in her heart, she threw on knee-high black leather boots and slogged around in seemingly shitty piles of truth for awhile.

She knew it wouldn’t be pretty.

Still she smiled- cherishing this moment profoundly.

Because she knew with every fibre of her being that it was fucking beautiful.

My intent with this blog is to simply move thoughts, memories and hurts from the inside to the outside, as neatly and humanely as I possibly can.

This is the kind of self medicating that I feel will benefit me greatly on my journey and heal me in the places that need to be healed.

I am your average middle aged (WOW!!) woman, with plenty of opinions and miles of experience.

Mother of two grown sons and a twenty year career in healthcare.

My absolute favourite thing to do is laugh !

Thank you! I was going to ask your opinion on that. I need to spend some time making it easier to navigate.

It seems pretty simple to me. Clean and straight forward, like your words. Btw, is that one of your poems?
